The Pike Performing Arts Center Box Office is proud to accept all major credit cards, including Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Refunds/Exchanges
All Sales are final. All tickets are non-refundable nor exchangeable. Tickets may not be returned to the box office for a tax deductible donation. Please consider donating them to a local charity organization.

Service Fees
Service fees may be applied to your ticket order. 

Children
Everyone entering the audience chamber needs a ticket regardless of age. All children must possess a ticket for admission to the Pike Performing Arts Center. Please contact +1 (317) 216-5450 for questions regarding program content. We recommend that children two and under do not attend performances.

Management
The Pike Performing Arts Center facilities are managed by the staff of the Pike Performing Arts Center - part of the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township. Its offices are located at 6701 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis, In. Inquiries concerning bookings should be directed to +1 (317) 216-5450.

Food and Beverages
Concessions are offered at many events by the Pike Performing Arts Booster club. Please remember that No food or beverages of any kind may be brought into the audience chambers. Your cooperation in this matter will help prolong the quality and atmosphere of the theatre.

Latecomers
As a courtesy to other patrons and to the performers, latecomers and those who exit the theater during the performance will not be admitted into the auditorium until an appropriate interval as determined by the performance management..

First Aid
Contact the nearest Usher or the House Manager. Please leave your seating locations with your exchange or sitter and have them call (317)216-5456 in case of emergency.

Personal Items
The management is not responsible for personal apparel or other property of patrons. Patrons are advised to take wraps with them whenever they leave their seats. A Lost and Found is located in the Box Office. to inquire about personal belongings that may have been left in the theater, call +1 (317) 216-5450.

Photographs and Recorders
The taking of photographs and the possession and/or use of cameras or audio or video recorders during performances of copyright protected materials is strictly prohibited. This type of equipment will be confiscated to be picked up later in the Box Office.

Smoking
The MSD of Pike Township is committed to providing a smoke free atmosphere in all of its facilities. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas.

Will Call
Tickets held at Will Call may be picked up 90 minutes before the event or during regular business hours. Some exceptions may apply.

Authorized Ticket Sellers
The Pike Performing Arts Center's ticket office, Ticketmaster/LiveNation, and the Pike High School Performing Arts Department are the only authorized sellers to events held at the Pike Performing Arts Center. The PPAC does not endorse the reselling of tickets by ticket brokers or agencies. Ticket brokers operate locally and nationally and are commonly found when you search for tickets online. In most cases, brokers are also listed under Ticket Sales in the Yellow Pages.  If you purchase tickets from a ticket broker or any third party: 

  • The PPAC cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid, and you may be denied admission to the  performance.
  • The PPAC cannot reprint or replace your tickets if they are lost or stolen.
  • The PPAC will be unable to contact you with information regarding time changes or other pertinent updates regarding the performance.
  • You might be paying excessive broker fees that are often double or triple the face value of the ticket.
